  • Please email info@sonopath.com for ALL AFTER HOURS STAT cardiology cases and await approval. This email is monitored 7 days a week, but intermittently after hours. We will respond to you ASAP.
  • ROUTINE turn around times begin when the case information and all images are received. STAT turn around times begin when the full case is received and specialist approval is obtained.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your specific specialist request, but if the selected specialist is not available, we will forward it to the next available specialist.

  • Turn around times begin when the case information and all images are received. ALL AFTER HOURS cardiology cases submitted after 6pm EST will be defaulted to 8am EST the next business day.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your specific specialist request, but if the selected specialist is not available, we will forward it to the next available specialist.

HELPFUL TELERADIOLOGY REMINDERS:

  • If submitting your images via DICOM transfer from your acquisition station, ALWAYS upload the series to the portal BEFORE completing this online submission form.
  • Please email info@sonopath.com ALL STAT CT/MRI/RAD requests PRIOR to submitting this online form and await approval. This email is monitored 7 days a week, but intermittently after hours. We will respond to you ASAP .
  • ROUTINE turn around times begin when the case information and all images are received. STAT turn around times begin when the full case is received and specialist approval is obtained.
  • Don’t forget to include the total number of images you’ve submitted so we can ensure we have complete image sets before interpretation.
  • Please include the BEST contact email address for this case in the event there is an issue with the upload.

HELPFUL REMINDERS:

  • For the most accurate consultation, it is recommended that images and reports should be submitted within 2 weeks of imaging/sampling. If beyond 2 weeks post imaging/sampling, we will accept your submission; however, the Oncologist maintains the right to request repeats of lab work, imaging etc. An initial consultation fee will be charged.
  • SonoPath teleradiology and telemedicine clients will only need to upload their SonoPath reports because pertinent image sets are already included in the reports. If you have additional images you’d like to submit to support your case you are encouraged to include them. (Acceptable types: U/S or CT/MRI images, radiographs (up to 3-view/body cavity), interpretation report, cytology/histopathology, and any laboratory results.)
